The shopping cart shall be stored by the City at a location that is reasonably convenient to the owner of the shopping cart and is normally open for business at least two (2) hours of each day, Monday through Thursday. However, the City shall not be liable by any party for any damage to a stored shopping cart. (Ord. #178-2015)
