10-10.4 Prohibitions.
This subsection is included in your selections.
It is unlawful and a violation of this section for a business owner who provides five (5) or more shopping carts to:
a. Fail to affix an identifying sign to each shopping cart;
b. Fail to submit a shopping cart plan in conformance with subsection 10-10.8;
c. Fail to comply with an approved shopping cart plan; or
d. Knowingly allow a shopping cart to be removed from the business premises. (Ord. #178-2015)
