Government Code Sections 66755 through 66757 provide a means for cities to authorize the furnishing of solid waste disposal services.
The City Council finds and declares that it is in the best interests of the citizens of the City of Clearlake for the City to prepare and adopt a Solid Waste Disposal Policy. (Ord. #16)
