11-5.8 Standards for Existing Wells.

The following standards shall apply to wells in existence on the effective date of this section:
a. Any time a well is opened for maintenance, testing or for any other reason, the well is to be adequately protected and disinfected to remove possible contaminates which may enter the well.
b. No well shall be left unattended unless such well has a protective seal. (Ord. #23-90, S1)
