It is the obligation of an applicant to submit a proposal that shows that, if granted a franchise, the applicant will meet the reasonable cable-related needs and interests of the community. An applicant shall submit additional information it deems appropriate to the consideration of its proposal, whether the information is required or not. (Ord. #80-97, S7)
