After approval of the proposal the map or instrument shall be delivered to the County Recorder. The filling of the map or the recording of the instrument shall constitute legal reversion to acreage, resubdivision, or lot line adjustment of the land affected thereby, and shall also constitute abandonment of all streets and easements not shown on the map.
