These regulations, in combination with the flood provisions of California Code of Regulations Title 24, the California Building Standards Code (hereinafter “building codes,” consisting of Part 2 (building), Part 2.5 (residential), Part 10 (existing building), and related codes), shall be known as the floodplain management regulations of the City of Clearlake (hereinafter “these regulations”).
