17-12.3 Interpretation.
This subsection is included in your selections.
In the interpretation and application of these regulations, all provisions shall be:
a. Considered as minimum requirements.
b. Deemed neither to limit nor repeal any other powers granted under State statutes. (Ord. #256-2021, S2 (102-3))
