a. Any development permit, native tree protection and removal permit, site plan review permit, use permit and variance shall be considered void and expired one (1) year from the date of approval, unless the proposed development has commenced, as authorized by any required permit, and is being diligently pursued.

b. If the applicant or property owner files an application for an extension of time before the expiration of an unused permit or variance, such request may be extended for up to one (1) additional year.

c. The Planning Commission may set time limits regarding the length of any use permit or variance when an application is approved. (Ord. #2010-146, S2)
