It shall be unlawful to establish or operate an adult entertainment business in violation of this article. Any person who violates any provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Nothing in this article shall be deemed or constituted to prevent the City from commencing any civil proceeding otherwise authorized by law for the declaration or abatement of a public nuisance.
