a. Single family dwelling.

b. Manufactured home consistent with requirements of the City’s Residential Housing Standards, subsection 18-5.1000.

c. Day care center for adults and children (small).

d. Growing and harvesting of agricultural products compatible with residential uses.

e. Raising of livestock, including but not limited to sheep, goats, horses, mules, and swine. The total number of animals shall not exceed two (2) mature animals per acre except in the case of newborns up to the weaning age still with their mothers shall not be considered a part of the calculation.

f. Raising poultry of fowl providing that there are not more than ten (10) birds per half (1/2) acre and the total does not exceed fifty(50) birds

g. Raising of fur-bearing animals provided that there are no more than ten (10) mature animals per acre at any one time.

h. One (1) second residential unit consistent with the requirements of Section 18-4.3.

i. Home occupations consistent with the requirements of Section 18-4.2.

j. Commercial be keeping one (1) acre or more.

k. Sale of agricultural products, including sale at roadside stands, if the products are produces on the property where the sale is conducted.

l. Supportive housing consistent with requirements of the City’s Residential Housing Standards, subsection 18-5.1000.

m. Transitional housing consistent with requirements of the City’s Residential Housing Standards, subsection 18-5.1000.

n. Second residential unit consistent with the requirements of section 18-4.3
