a. Development of property within the City may be subject to provisions of this code not contained in this section or chapter, including, but not limited to, the following:
2. Sanitation Regulations, Chapter XI;
3. Storm Water Management Ordinance, Chapter XIV;
4. Floodplain Management Regulations, Chapter XVII;
5. Environmental Review Guidelines, adopted by Council Resolution 2016-67.
b. Where provisions of this chapter conflict with provisions of other applicable laws, the more restrictive provision shall prevail. (Ord. #248-2020, S2 (Exh. A))
