At the time of adoption of the density bonus ordinance codified in this article, the City does not have an inclusionary housing policy in place. However, if an inclusionary housing policy is adopted, designated affordable units shall count towards the requirements of the City’s inclusionary housing requirements. (Ord. #248-2020, S2 (Exh. A))
