a. Action on appeals shall be considered at the same type of hearing and after the same notice that is required for the original decision.

b. Once an appeal has been filed, it shall be scheduled for the earliest available meeting, considering public notice requirements, unless the appellant agrees to a later date. (Ord. #248-2020, S2 (Exh. A))
