Any materials used for marijuana cultivation obtained from the nuisance abatement may be sold by the City at public sale to the highest responsible bidder after not less than five (5) days’ notice of the intended sale, published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in the City, either before or after the nuisance is abated.
