18-8.107 Minor Facilities Allowed in Public Right-of-Ways.

The following wireless telecommunication facilities located within the public right-of-ways are considered minor in nature by the California Public Utilities Commission and shall be allowed, subject to ministerial review by the City Engineer:
a. An antenna less than twenty-six (26") inches in length.
b. Telecommunications equipment with a volume not to exceed 8.2 cubic feet, excluding utility-required meter and shutoff switch.
c. A facility which does not require an above ground cabinet/equipment. (Ord. #177-2015)
