Members of the Committee shall be appointed by the City Council. Each Councilmember may nominate one member to the Committee but approval of each shall be by majority of a quorum of the Council. The five (5) Committee members by majority approval shall then nominate persons to fill the two (2) remaining positions. (Ord. #61, S2)
