Regular meetings of the Citizens Advisory Committee shall be held twice each month in the week prior to the regular City Council meeting on a day, time and location selected by the Committee. The Committee may hold special meetings as needed.

a. Meetings of the Committee shall be conducted using Parliamentary procedures as outlined in Roberts Rules of Order;

b. The Committee shall appoint one of the Committee members as Secretary of the Committee. The Secretary shall be responsible for the preparation of the minutes of each meeting. A copy of the minutes shall be signed by the Chairman and Secretary of the Committee and a copy presented to the City Clerk for records retention and further distribution to the City Council and appropriate staff members of the City of Clearlake.
