Subcommittees may be appointed with the approval of the City Council or at the direction of the City Council to study particular matters. A subcommittee shall be comprised of at least two (2) Committee members and shall be automatically dissolved upon completion of the study for which it was established unless earlier terminated by the Committee or City Council. Members of subcommittees, other than those of the parent committee, shall be appointed under the provisions of subsection 2-10.2. (Ord. #61, S7)
