2-4.2 Appointment of Deputies.

The City Clerk may appoint deputies for whose acts for which he and his bondsman are responsible. The deputy shall hold office at the pleasure of the City Clerk and receive such compensation as may be provided by resolution of the City Council. (Ord. #9, S3)
