When the Director enters upon his or her duties, he or she shall execute a bond to the City required by Sections 37209 and 36518 of the Government Code. The bond shall conform to the provisions of the Government Code relating to bonds for public officers. The penal sum of the bond shall be established by resolution of the City Council on recommendation of the City Attorney. (Ord. #19, S8; Ord. #46, S1)
