a. Except as provided in paragraph d., it shall be unlawful for any person to transport non-native, invasive aquatic plants into the City.

b. Except as provided in paragraph d., it shall be unlawful for any person to possess, release, sell or offer for sale, gift or plant non-native, invasive aquatic plants in the City.

c. It shall be unlawful for any shipment of non-native, invasive aquatic plants to be off-loaded in the City.

d. No provision of this Chapter shall be deemed to place restrictions upon shipments of non-native, invasive aquatic plants that are in transit through Clearlake to a destination outside of the City. (Ord. #2007-128)
