a. DEVELOPMENT shall mean all construction for which a building permit or other permit is required.

b. DIRECTOR shall mean the Director of the Department of Building and Safety of Lake County.

c. OTHER PERMITS shall mean conditional use permits and site plan review permits.

d. CLERK shall mean the City Clerk of the City of Clearlake.

e. FIRE AGENCY and AGENCY shall mean any special district providing fire protection services within the incorporated area of the City of Clearlake.

f. FACILITIES and EQUIPMENT shall mean any long-term capital facilities and equipment used by a Fire Agency for the fire suppression or emergency medical services including station construction, station expansion and fire or emergency medical apparatus. (Ord. #84, S4; Ord. #36-93, S1)
