Fees paid under this section shall be held in trust by the Agency. If under separate agreement mitigation fees are collected for the Agency by the Director, such fees shall be transferred quarterly to the Fire Agency serving the area from which the fees were collected and the County shall retain any interest accrued during this period as reimbursement for its services and handling costs.

All fees collected pursuant to this section and transferred to a Fire Agency, including any interest accrued after transfer, shall be used by the Agency for the purpose of providing for capital facilities and equipment. (Ord. #84, S6; Ord. #36-93, S1)
