Pursuant to California Constitution, Article XIIIB, Section 4, the appropriations limit for the City of Clearlake will be increased by the amount of the maximum projected aggregate collection authorized by the imposition of this transactions and use tax in each of the four (4) fiscal years from the election to be held pursuant to subsection 3-6.21.
