a. No persons shall bring into or operate any boat, raft, or other water craft, where motor-powered or not, upon any waters, except at place designated for boating by the Park Superintendent. Such activity shall be in accordance with applicable Lake County regulations as are now or may hereafter be adopted.

b. No persons shall use the public docks for dockage in excess of thirty (30) minutes at Redbud Park between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

c. No person shall navigate, direct, or handle any boat in such a manner as to unjustifiably or unnecessarily annoy or frighten or endanger the occupants of any other boat, or any person in or near the water adjacent thereto. (Ord. #64, S2)
