5-20.14 Consumption of Marijuana and Marijuana Products on-Site.

Licensed marijuana dispensaries may allow customers to consume or use marijuana and marijuana products on the premises of the marijuana dispensary provided the dispensary meets the following requirements:
a. Access to the area where consumption is allowed is restricted to persons 21 years of age and older;
b. Marijuana consumption shall not be visible from any public place or non-age restricted area; and
c. Sale or consumption of alcohol or tobacco is not allowed on the premises; and
d. Any other state law requirements are met. (Ord. #201-2017)
