Nothing in this section shall prohibit persons from handbilling within the City. However, any act of handbilling shall comply with any regulation the City may from time to time adopt relating to the distribution of handbills.

Nothing in this section shall prohibit persons from canvassing within the City, or soliciting donations incidental to such canvassing, subject to the regulations set forth in this section. (Ord. #2012-154)
