Cannabis business facilities shall be permitted, in accordance with the criteria and procedures set forth in this Code, upon application and approval of a regulatory permit pertaining to the operation of the facility. Prior to obtaining a regulatory permit under this section, all applicants must obtain and maintain a cannabis business use permit pertaining to the location of the facility, or show proof of a business relationship as a tenant or subcontractor of an entity holding a cannabis business use permit, which has been validly issued by the City per the Code.
