5-6.1 Dangerous Weapon Defined.
This subsection is included in your selections.
For the purposes of this section, the term “dangerous weapon” shall include (in addition to those weapons described by State law):
a. Any straight edge razor or any razor blade fitted to a handle.
b. Any rifle, gun, pistol, revolver, air rifle, BB gun, air gun, slingshot or other similar instrument or device designed or intended to discharge or capable of discharging a bullet, shot or other missile of any kind. (Ord. #25, A6, S1)
