5-6.4 Minors Possessing or Firing Weapons Prohibited.

Except as otherwise provided in subsection 5-6.5, it shall be unlawful for any person to sell, give, loan, or in any way furnish, or to cause or permit to be sold, given, loaned, or in any way furnished to a minor, or to allow any minor to use or possess or discharge a dangerous weapon.
