5-7 HARASSMENT OF POLICE DOGS.

No person shall molest, strike, threaten to strike, tease, harass, give commands to or feed, or attempt to do any one or more of the foregoing to, nor incite, encourage, aid or abet any other person or animal to do any of the foregoing to, nor suffer or permit any person or animal subject to his direction or control to do any of the foregoing to, any official police dog while any such dog is in the company of a uniformed police officer or is located within an official police vehicle. An “official police dog” shall mean any dog duly enrolled by the City Police Department for police purposes. (Ord. #25, A7, S1)
