5-8 OBSTRUCTION.

It is unlawful for any person to remain upon any private property or business premises within the City after being notified by the owner or agent or lessee or other person in charge thereof to remove therefrom. The provisions of this subsection shall not be applied to any person peacefully engaged in picketing incident to a labor dispute or engaged in a peaceful exercise of constitutional rights of free speech in a manner not obstructing the free movement of vehicular or pedestrian traffic along the streets and sidewalks or in and out of private premises.
