6-3.14 Lost or Damaged License; Duplicate Fee.

A duplicate license may be issued by the Director of Finance to replace any license previously issued hereunder which has been lost or destroyed upon the licensee filing statement of such fact, and at the time of filing such statement paying to the Director of Finance a duplicate license fee.
