Any person who violates any provision of this section is guilty of an infraction, and upon conviction, shall be liable to the penalty established in Chapter I, Section 1-5. A person transacting business for which a license is required pursuant to the terms of this chapter without first obtaining such license shall be deemed to be guilty of a separate offense for each day, or portion thereof, during which the violation continues.
