a. General business license, special business license, itinerant sales license, or door-to-door sales license: sixty ($60.00) dollars per year or twelve month period, as applicable.

b. Original application fee for any license listed above: ten ($10.00) dollars. There will be no application fee in connection with renewal of licenses.

c. Secondary business license: thirty ($30.00) dollars.

d. No license fee (except the original application fee) shall be required for any of the above licenses where the applicant demonstrates that his gross sales (if a retail sales business) for the preceding tax or accounting year were less than three thousand three hundred ($3,300.00) dollars or (for any other type of business) that his gross receipts were less than two thousand three hundred ($2,300.00) dollars. Application for exemption shall be made annually.

e. Duplicate license fee: two ($2.00) dollars. (Ord. #42, S19)
