No person shall maintain a cat colony without first obtaining a cat colony permit issued by the Director of Animal Care and Control. The cat colony permit shall be issued to the cat caregiver responsible for the cat colony only after the applicant has satisfied all of the care standards approved by the Director of Animal Care and Control. The cat colony permit shall contain the following information:

a. The name and address of the person to whom the certificate is issued.

b. The date of issuance.

c. The distinguishing markings and approximate number of the cats in the colony.

d. The location of the colony.

e. Any other information as required by the Director of Animal Care and Control. (Ord. #112-2005, S2)
