7-5.3 Exceptions; Spayed and Neutered Dogs.

License fees shall not be required for seeing eye dogs or governmental police dogs. The license fee for any spayed or neutered dog shall be one-half (1/2) of the fee otherwise required. (Ord. #41, A6, S3)
