Violations of subsection 8-3.1 through 8-3.4 above shall be cited as violations of the Vehicle Code of the State of California. Violation of subsection 8-3.5 shall be cited as a City ordinance violation and punished as provided for in Chapter V, subsection 5-2.3 of this Code. (Ord. #2014-172)
