This subsection is included in your selections.
Pursuant to California Vehicle Code Section 21107.8, the City Council of the City of Clearlake hereby extends the applicability of the following Vehicle Code Sections to certain privately owned and maintained off-street parking facilities located within the City;
a. Vehicle Code Section 22507.8 (Parking in Handicapped Space by Non-Handicapped Person).
b. Vehicle Code Section 22350 (Speeding).
c. Vehicle Code Section 23103 (Reckless Driving).
d. Vehicle Code Section 23109 (Speed Contests).
e. Division 16.5 of the Vehicle Code (Regulation of Off-Road Vehicles). (Ord. #30, S1)
