8-5.3 Adoption of Rules and Regulations.

The City of Clearlake does hereby adopt and incorporate as if set forth in full the attached revised City of Clearlake Rules and Regulations of Encroachment Permit Issuance marked Exhibit A. These rules and regulations may from time to time be modified, changed, or supplemented by ordinance of the City Council of the City of Clearlake.
