Fees for issuing permits and conducting inspections under the Building Regulations of the City of Clearlake, encroachment permits, and grading permits shall be set by resolution. The fee schedules included in the California Building Code, Uniform Housing Code, and California Administrative Code shall be used to set the fees. (Ord. #2007-133)
