If a notice of default or foreclosure has been recorded for the property, the lender’s name, address and telephone number must also be provided.
Signage shall be no smaller than eight and one-half (8 ½") by eleven (11") inches, constructed of and printed with, or contained in, weather-resistant materials. The posting shall be placed in a window adjacent to the entry door or attached to the exterior door. The Department may adopt additional regulations necessary to implement this subsection.
