1-6.3 Amendment of Ordinances Adopted by Reference.
This subsection is included in your selections.
The various sections of the Lake County Code adopted by reference by the City of Clearlake pursuant to subsection 1-6.2 are hereby amended in the following respects:
a. Whenever the words “Board of Supervisors” are used, they shall be construed to mean the City Council of the City of Clearlake.
b. Whenever the word “county” is used, it shall be construed to mean “the City of Clearlake” except if the word “county” modifies, precedes, or is otherwise used to identify a county or officer where it shall continue to mean “Lake County.”
c. Wherever the words “unincorporated area” are used, they shall be construed to mean “the City of Clearlake.” (Ord. #12, S2)
