a. The City Manager may appoint a Code Enforcement Officer for the City of Clearlake. The Code Enforcement Officer is authorized to request the assistance of the Building Official, Building Inspector, Fire Marshal, Police Chief and any other City officials or departments that are deemed necessary to assist in investigations.

b. The Code Enforcement Officer is authorized to write and issue written administrative citations for every violation of subsection 10-1.6 of this Chapter. (Ord. #2012-159)
