12-16.4 Rate Regulation Consistent with Law.

The City may regulate rates except to the extent it is prohibited from doing so by State or Federal law. Any regulated rate shall be adopted by resolution and shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of City Council resolution. (Ord. #80-97, S16)
