POLITICAL SIGN shall mean a temporary sign announcing, supporting or opposing candidates or issues in connection with any Federal, State or local election.

PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY shall mean and includes, but is not limited to, streets, sidewalks, utility poles, street signs, traffic control devices, drainage facilities and other similar public facilities. (Ord. #84-98, S3; Ord. #96-00a, S1)
