In order to implement and facilitate the effectuation of the Plan hereby approved, this Council hereby (a) pledges its cooperation in helping to carry out the Plan, (b) requests the various officials, departments, boards and agencies of the City having administrative responsibilities in the Project Area likewise to cooperate to such end and to exercise their respective functions and powers in a manner consistent with the redevelopment of the Project Area, (c) stands ready to consider and take appropriate action upon proposals and measures designed to effectuate the Plan, and (d) declares its intention to undertake and complete any proceeding necessary to be carried out by the City under the provisions of the Plan.
