5-3.3 Responsibility of Parent, Owner or Agent of Business Premises.

No parent, guardian or other person having the legal custody of a minor person under the age of eighteen (18) years shall knowingly permit such minor to be in violation of subsection 5-3.1.
No person who owns any place of business open to the public, or the manager, agent or employee in such place of business, shall knowingly permit any minor person under the age of eighteen (18) years to be within such place of business on violation of subsection 5-3.1. (Ord. #25, A3, S3)
