6-8.1 Definitions.

For the purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section.
AUTHORIZED ORGANIZATION or ORGANIZATION means an organization authorized to conduct remote caller bingo by State law and this section.
COMMISSION means the California Gambling Commission or its designee.
PERSON includes a natural person, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, trust, join venture, association, or any other business organization of any type.
REMOTE CALLER BINGO means the game of bingo as defined by Penal Code section 326.3(u).
REMOTE CALLER BINGO LICENSE means a license issued by the City pursuant to this section. (Ord. #2011-152)
